Firewrok problem
Problem Statement
For the entire semester we have been learning quadratics to help us solve this one problem and that is the firework problem. We were asked to find the peak so we would know how high the rockerts whent and where it would land so we dont accidentally hurt any one who is watching it. they gave us enough information so we have to use what we learned. What we knew is the tower that the rocket was launched off of was 160 feet tall, the angle of it's launch is 65 degrees, the velocity of the firework is 92 feet per second
In the beginning we were not given specific information and we asked to
write questions to receive the needed information. The following are my starting questions

write questions to receive the needed information. The following are my starting questions
- How heavy is the rocket?
- How high do we want it to go?
- How big or small is the rocket?
- How high will it go before exploding?
- How long will it go before exploding?
- What are the dimensions of the tower?
- What was the weather for that day?
- Any wind resistance
Problem Evaluation
I really loved this problem because almost every thing we did was new for me I think this is the class I learned the most in before this I did not even know porabala was a actual word I also really liked the story you said to us about that frat boy who told you how to remember the quadratic formula
Self Evaluation
On this semester of math I learned a great amount of math but I did get distracted a lot because I did not understand it to good but after asking for help I understood how to do the problems and if I had to grade my self on this semester I would give my self a B- because I got off task but I do understand the math we did this semester
